PUPG Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Push-Up Playground ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Push-Up Playground is a fitness application that uses your device camera to detect and count push-ups. The App provides gamification features including XP, levels, badges, boss battles, ranked PvP multiplayer, global chat, daily goals, daily spin rewards, and streaks to encourage consistent exercise. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Free Tier

The free tier includes: Training Dummy and Goblin boss battles, daily goal tracking, daily spin rewards, 7-day login rewards, XP and leveling system, basic profile and stats, and the shop.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions unlock all bosses (Orc through Elder God), ranked PvP multiplayer, global chat, all 26 badges, and drain resistance upgrades. Subscription options include monthly ($6.99/month) and yearly ($19.99/year) plans managed through Apple's and Google's In-App Purchase systems. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.

5. Accounts & Online Features

Certain features (ranked PvP, global chat) require creating an account with an email address and username. Account data is stored on our servers powered by Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Camera Usage

The App uses your device camera solely for real-time pose detection to count push-ups. Camera data is processed entirely on-device. No images, video, or visual data is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted. No camera data leaves your device.

7. User Conduct

When using global chat or ranked PvP, you agree not to:

• Send abusive, offensive, or harassing messages
• Attempt to manipulate match results or rankings
• Use automated tools, bots, or exploits
• Impersonate other users

We reserve the right to mute or ban accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

8. Health Disclaimer

Push-Up Playground is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. This permanently removes all server-side data associated with your account including match history, chat messages, rank data, friend connections, and profile information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
